The virtual administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the Wellness Team, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role will be instrumental in the operational needs of the team including diverse projects, data entry, and general organizational tasks.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  •  Manage, input and maintain accurate up to date client information in the Electronic Medical Record system, building new client charts and auditing current charts.
  • Scheduling visits for clients and communicating with clients and providers.
  • Data collection weekly and monthly.
  • Creation of monthly calendars and newsletters to be distributed to clients.
  • Develop and maintain procedures consistent with the policy for protection of PHI.


 Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a medical or behavioral health office preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions independently, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Collaboration with management, other team members and clients as needed.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to keep yourself and others organized.
